To all my Esports Crew, Friends, Family, Coworkers, and more, this is for all of you.

I started this journey in September 2024 with Conestoga Condors Esports when I joined the Casting and Production team, as a Second-year Broadcast radio student who had 1. Never casted Esports before and 2. In all honesty, didn't even know that competitive gaming really existed. I knew of a few organizations but never what exactly they were.

I can still remember when Zack Dodge came in to talk to my class about Condors Esports at 8 am. Zack, man, did you leave a fun memory for all of us with the iconic and happy "Master Chief saved my life" It was a bit of whiplash so early in the morning, but I understand it now. I can't thank you enough for how supportive you were of me. You took me in, even with such little experience and knowledge on any of the games, and still had faith that I could do something with my Radio skills.

Chris Lamarucciola, as I've gotten to know and learn from you more over the last few months, you have become a turning point. You graciously connected me with your friends and industry personnel when you didn't need to. These connections have granted me opportunities I never would have thought I could come across. I also gotta thank you for letting me be an honorary student in your class every so often 😆

Aditya Shah Words cannot express the gratitude and love I have for you. You have been one of the OGs from the beginning. You were nothing but kind and forgiving to me. From showing me how to get things done to bringing casting opportunities and stream knowledge my way. You've not only taught me but have been an inspiration to me. You do so much for everyone and put them first. You've created amazing things and have done so with passion and experience. I hope one day I can create things even half as good as yours.

Yuri, I couldn't thank you more for saving my ass casting league. You gave me so much knowledge of the game without hesitation. You also were such a fun person to just chill in the hub with. From goofy conversations to watching you figure stuff out, I apreciate you for being you.

Brody MooreCurtis Collings Andrew Ireland, my casting family from the very start. I came into this as a complete noobie. I had no confidence in myself or my abilities, but you three didn't care; instead, you guys became the backbone I so badly needed. Through you three, I learned it's okay to be loud, unforgiving, entertaining, and most importantly, my own person.

Brody, you brought us knowledge and experience, and taught us with such forgiveness and humility that was blanketed with support. You let us stumble to grow instead of babying us, which I'm so grateful for.

Curtis, my League of Legends buddy. Man, did we learn a lot together lmao. We started in September, casting League on a Tuesday. It was my first ever stream, and I couldn't think of someone better to start this all with. You supported and pushed me even when I was uncomfortable. All our games together were nothing but laughs, knowledge, and growth. I hope we can have another cast together in the future (hell, I'll come horribly cast a sports game if needed 😆)Ireland, my fellow noobie. Man, have we both grown so much. From never casting before to hosting games and thriving through games

Ireland, my fellow noobie. Man, have we grown so much. From never having casted before to hosting streams and growing tremendously. Not only did we shoutcast games together, but we also joined forces during our field placement to create a blueprint for the Condors for a podcast. We (it was all me, let's be real) had our bad days, but together we created something we both can be proud of. Thanks for sticking with me!

Cameron, Liam, Maddi, Mads, Wing, Pottsea, Coach Herd, COD, and Rocket League Varsity, our League of Legends teams, and everyone else who was a part of this. I can't thank you enough for trusting, growing, teaching, and supporting me.

I hope to see everyone go far, no matter what I hope you know I'll be supporting and cheering for you. My DM's and messages are always open for you guys, no matter what you need.

Seriously too all of you, thank you so much,
